ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NT 15/25
BACK SEAT

STEP-I
Unpack, inspect and lay the parts on a clean, flat, soft surface to avoid marring the wood.
NOTE: During assembly of furniture please match joints with the correspondi ng letter or
numbers.
STEP-II
Fit the BACK LEG STRETCHE R, BACK STRETCHER, an d
SEAT into the RIGHT END FRAM E mortise holes. If necessary ,
gently rock the BACK LEG S TTTRETCHER while pushing the
tenon into the mortise hole until the jo int fits snugly together. Make
sure that the numbered tenons corre
spond with the num bered
mortise holes.

Carefully
fit the
remaining LEFT END
FRAME mortise holes
over
all exposed
tenons. Using a rubber
mallet or a regular
hammer with the sanding block between the ha mmer and the wood, gently dri ve all the
mortise holes onto the tenons until all joints fi t snugly together. Slide BACK FRAME into
position using the exposed dowels in the SEAT FRAME as a guide.
STEP-IV
Using a proper screw driver, insert and secure all knock down bolts
as shown on the assembly diagram.
