STEP-IV
Place SEAT into the chair frame as shown in the pictures below and secure knock-down bolts
using a proper screw driver; be careful not to over tighten bolts.
STEP-V
Carefully hammer dowels into respective joints,
making sure not to hit other parts of the chair. To
avoid dimpling the wood we suggest you place a
block of wood between dowel head and hammer
head on the last few blows. If dowels are not
completely flush, use a saw to cut the ends and then
sandpaper to smooth the tops. *After hammering, if dowels still protrude do not continue
hammering! Insert brass screws into respective pre-drilled SEAT holes (see picture). Do not
hammer in the screws, but drive them in with a proper screw driver.
Note: For easier doweling you may want to place the BACK of the chair on a protected table
top as shown in the assembly picture.
