ASSEMBLY & OPERATION
7. Assemble the 2 leg support brackets (A & B) Fig.5 together to the de-
sired width using 4 carriage bolts (C) and flange head hex. nuts (D).
8. Assemble the 2 small caster wheels (E) Fig.5 underneath the leg
support brackets (A & B) using 2 hex. nuts (F).
9. Assemble 2 extension bars (G) Fig.5 to the leg support brackets using
hex. nuts (D).
10. Assemble the other 2 extension bars (A & B) Fig.6 to the rear support
brackets (C & D) using hex. nuts (E).
11. Assemble the extension bars (A & B) Fig.7 together. Slide the
smaller of the extension bars into the larger ones. Keep in mind your
desired width and adjust accordingly. Secure the extension bars to-
gether using 4 hex. bolts (C).
OPERATION
Before attempting to install table saw on mobile base, double check all
measurements to make sure the table saw will fit on the mobile base with-
out any problems. Adjust dimensions of mobile base as needed.
Once assembled, place mobile base on the ground and check to see that
the mobile base is straight and all 6 wheels are touching the floor. If an
adjustment is needed, loosen mounting hardware and retighten.
If your table saw is equipped with an extension table and support legs,
these parts must be removed from the table saw before placing table saw
on mobile base. Once table saw is placed on mobile base, the extension
table and support legs can then be reinstalled.
