ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 

FOR SLIDING TILE SAWS

1. 

Make sure

the power switch on your tile cutter is in the ‘’OFF’’ position before plugging in.

2. 

Do not leave

the tile cutter unattended while it is running. Always return the power to the ‘’OFF’’ position when not in use.

3. 

Always wear safety glasses

, dust mask and ear protection when operating the tile cutter.

4. 

Always remain alert

when the tile cutter is in use. Inattention on the part of the operator may lead to serious injuries.

5. 

Keep children away

. All visitors should be kept at a safe distance from work area.

6. 

Always keep

the blade guard in the down position while operating the tile cutter.

7. 

Disconnect the tile cutter

from its power source before installing or changing blades and before cleaning or servicing.

8. 

Never stand on tool

. Serious injuries could occur if the tool is tipped or if the cutting tool is unintentionally contacted.

9. 

Do not

directly wash the bottom of the motor.

10. 

Do not force

the material being cut. Always let the blade cut at its own speed.

11. 

Do not force

the tool to do a job it isn’t designed to do.

12. 

Make sure

you use the correct blade for the job you are doing.

13. 

Do not alter the plug

or use a  two-prong receptacle.This tile cutter is equipped with a three-prong electrical plug. 

14. 

Keep your work space

clear and free of all debris.

15. 

Keep the tile cutter

clean and maintained to achieve the safest and highest performance for each job.
