INSTALLING/REMOVING BLADE

Warning!

Always make sure the jig saw is

unplugged from the power source before
attempting any assembly and/or adjustments.

This jig saw comes with a convenient tool-less
quick release blade change system. To install a
blade, first you must lift the transparent guard
upwards to gain access to the quick release
lever (A) Fig.2. With your thumb, pull the lever
counterclockwise to open the blade holding
collet (B). With the blade teeth facing forward,
insert the blade (C) into the blade holding collet
as far as it will go. Make sure that the back edge
of the blade sits against the roller guide (D).
Release the lever (A) and pull on the blade until
the blade holding collet snaps and secures the
blade.

SELECTING THE CUTTING ACTION

There are 4 cutting actions, 3 orbital settings
and 1 straight cutting setting. To change the
cutting action, turn orbital settings lever (A)

Settings:
0-

Straight line cutting- mild steel, stainless,

plastics.

I-

Small orbit- mild steel, aluminum, hard wood.

II-

Medium orbit- wood, plywood, fast cutting of   
aluminum and mild steel.

III-

Large orbit- fast cutting wood and plywood. 

TURNING JIG SAW ON AND OFF

To turn the jig saw on, press the trigger (A)
Fig.4. To turn off, release the trigger.

CONTINUOUS OPERATION

To obtain continuous operation without having
to hold the trigger, first press and hold the
trigger, then press the lock-on button (B) Fig.4,
release the trigger, this will lock the trigger in
place. To release this lock-on position and to
turn the jig saw off, press the trigger and release
it.
