Configurazione
Utilizzare gli switch di configura-
zione per configurare l’amplifica-
tore secondo le vostre esigenze.
Le impostazioni vanno eseguite
con l’unità spenta. Tramite questi
switch è possibile configurare
l’amplificatore per le seguenti
funzioni:
Sensibilità d’ingresso
Le sensibilità standard sono:
26dB-32dB-1.4V (rif. 4 Ohm), la
selezione è indipendente per
ogni canale. Questa funzione va
usata per accoppiare la sensibilità
dell’amplificatore con gli altri
apparecchi connessi. Come
opzione , tramite l ‘Amplifier
Processor Interface (modulo
A.P.I.) è possibile settare l’unità
per ogni tipo di sensibilità.
Notare che ogni incremento del
guadagno abbasserà il rapporto
S/N.
Clip Limiter
Il circuito tiene la T.H.D. sotto
all’1%, la selezione è indipenden-
te per ogni canale. Usare questa
funzione quando l’amplificatore
potrebbe essere sovrapilotato.
Filter
Lo switch bypassa il circuito che
processa il segnale situato nell
modulo A.P.I. . L’A.P.I. può essere
modificato dalla fabbrica oppure
dall’utilizzatore in qualsiasi
momento (vedi il punto A.P.I.).
Uso in stereo (standard)
Nell'uso in stereo ambedue i
canali operano indipendentemen-
te, con i propri attenuatori di
ingresso controllano i propri
rispettivi livelli. Segnale all'ingres-
so del canale A produce l'uscita
al canale A, segnale all'ingresso
del canale B produce l'uscita al
canale B. Il carico minimo racco-
mandato per l'uso in stereo è 2
Ohms per canale. Entrambi i con-
nettori di ingresso maschio e
femmina XLR possono essere
usati. Gli altoparlanti sono colle-
gati al connettore di uscita
speakon uno per i canali A e B, e
raddoppiati al connettore di usci-
ta speakon due per l'aggiunta di
più altoparlanti. Note: non con-
nettere altoparlanti all'uscita
bridge (centrale) quando usate
l'amplificatore in stereo (vedi
disegno 1).
Configuration
Use the configuration switch to
configurate the amplifier to meet
your requirements. To configura-
te the amplifier follow the
instruction on configuration swit-
ch chart.The setup must be done
with the unit switch off. With
these switches is possible to con-
figurate the amplifier for the fol-
lowing functions:
Input Sensitivity
The standard sensitivity are:
26dB-32dB-1.4V (ref. 4 Ohm),
selection is independent for each
channel. Use this function to
match the amplifier’s sensitivity
with the other connected equip-
ment. As option, by the Amplifier
Processor Interface (A.P.I. modu-
le) is possible adjust the unit for
any kind of sensitivity. Note that
every increase of the gain will
decrease the S/N ratio.
Clip Limiter
The circuit keeps the amplifier’s
T.H.D. under 1%. Selection is
independent for each channel.
Use this function when the
amplifier may be overdrived.
Filter
The switch bypass the circuit for
signal processing located on A.P.I.
module. The A.P.I. can be modi-
fied by the factory or the user at
any time (see the A.P.I. point).
Stereo Mode (standard)
In stereo mode, both channels
operate independently, with their
input attenuators controlling
their respective levels. Signal at
channel A's input produces out-
put at channel A's output, while
signal at the channel B's input
produces output at the channel
B's output. Recommended mini-
mum nominal load impedance for
stereo operation is 2 Ohms per
channel. Either the XLR male or
female input connectors may be
used. Loudspeakers are connec-
ted to the speakon output con-
nectors one for channels A and
B, and replicate to the speakon
output connectors two for
adding more speakers. Note: do
not connect speakers to the
bridge output (central) when
using the amplifier in stereo
mode. (See drawing 1).
