Place the modesty panel such that the front edge of the
modesty panel lines up with the front edge of the pedestal as
seen in
Figure 5
. Pre-drill the hinge bracket holes to a
depth of a few millimeters, and attach the modesty panel by
driving the provided screws through the hinge bracket
holes, into the underside of the worksurface.

Place the Podium surface upside-down on a non-marring
surface. Center the podium column mounting plate on the
backside of the podium surface making sure the column
tube is leaning in the direction of the pencil/paper stop in
the surface as seen in
Figure 6.
Pre-drill holes and attach
the podium column by driving #10-0.75” through the eight
(8) holes in the mounting plate into the Podium Surface.

The desk assembly can now be turned upright and the
Podium Assembly attached. Place the column of the
assembly through the pass-thru hole in the worksurface and
securely fasten it to the mounting plate using the 3/8-16 x
1.5” PH Hex Machine Screws.

Install any grommet included with the model in the pre-
machined grommet hole if necessary.
