5.
Squarely place the Guide T-Blade Base (54K2028CFTM)
upside-down in the position shown in
Figure 2
. It is
important to measure to the center of the vertical column.
6.
Using the 1/8” drill bit, pre-drill the eight (8) holes a few
millimeters deep. Drill the #12-1” screws provided with the
base, through the base mounting plate into the underside of
the worksurface and attach the pre-assembled base
accordingly.
7.
Place the TFL pedestal upside-down on the rectangular
mounting plate as shown in
Figure 3.

8.
Align the four (4) labeled holes with the corner holes of the
mounting plate drive four (4) #10-1.75” PHP Wood Screws
through the aligned holes into the underside of the
worksurface and then drive the remaining four (4) #10-
1.75” screws though the other stretcher rail holes into the
underside of the worksurface.
9.
Position the pedestal base in
Figure 3
squarely by using the
two (2) locator holes then drive ten (10) #10-0.75” wood
screws through the holes in
Figure 4
into the bottom of the
pedestal.
