Maintenance and Inspection:

The screwdriver must be operated in top condition, one day working hour must be not more than eight hours.

cording to operating frequency and torque loaded, we suggest adding lubricating oils in clutch per 3-6 months,

and kindly contact with distributor when product's maintenance.

Please note don’t let the motor get over heated, every minute use 10~15 screws to operate.

The frequency use of this electric screwdriver is over than eight hours a day, still it needs periodically testing and treatment.

Every 5-6 months.

Inspect tool cords periodically and if damaged, have them repaired by an authorized service facility. Inspect extension cords

periodically and replace if damaged.

Do not remove any labels. Replace any damaged label.

Instruction of fixing screwdriver onto the auxiliary arm

8-1 Remove coupler from screwdriver carefully (see figure 1)

8-2 Put screwdriver into the clamp of auxiliary arm carefully. Please make sure that each screw is aligned from hole of clamp

with the flat surfaces on screwdriver thread before tightening them up.

The screwdriver thread is surrounded by four flat surfaces which designed for helping screws to tighten on and to prevent any

damage on screwdriver thread.
