05. COMMON TROUBLES
1.REGISTER NOTICE
Select country code first and input your own phone Number.
Add or not depending on the local rules, a prefix “0” when register phone number.
2. BINGING CAREGVIER FAILED, MAIN CAREGIVER ALREADY EXISTS.
Solution: this means your watch has been bound by other people.
The main caregiver should unbind it first, then you can bind it.
3. BINDING MAIN CAREGIVER FAILED, TERMINAL DOES NOT EXIST.
Solution: this means the watch can’t connect to internet or is power off. In this situation, you should make sure the SIM card in
the watch is normal. If it still doesn’t work, you need to set the APN of the SIMCARD. Send a SMS: apn,apn’s name, or
apn,apn’sname,username,password.
For example in Belgium:
Name – Dommel mobile
APN
-
internet.bmbpartner.be
If no username and no password: *leave blank*
Send a SMS to the SIM card in the watch like this: apn,internet.bmbpartner.be (no space)
If there is a user name and psw, please send like this: apn,internet.bmbpartner.be,username,password ( no space)
4: BINGDING VICE CAREGIVER FAILED, CAREGIVER DOES NOT EXIST.
Solution: the vice caregiver should register first, then the main caregiver can add vice caregiver.
If you go to another country, you’d better choose the local SIMCARD for watch otherwise you should always use
international number format and accept some roaming fees.
5. MOBILE DIAL WATCH FAILED, WATCH IS BUSY.
Solution: It may be caused by below 4 conditions, please double check one by one.
1)
You don’t open talk function for SIM card inside the watch.
2)
You don’t open caller identification for SIM card inside the watch.
3)
This phone no. is not caregiver, only main or vice caregiver can call watch, and all caregivers only can call watch from their
own mobile phone.
4)
Watch don’t connect network successfully or not open GPRS, have to reset APN.
