To Prevent Serious Injury Or Death From Children Falling Or Being Strangled In Straps:
• Use the product only if the child meets ALL of the following conditions:
• Cannot sit up by himself or herself
• Is not an active child who may be able to climb out of the seat (approximately 9
months of age)
• Weighs more than 6 lbs. (3kg) and less than 20 lbs. (9 kg)
• Do not use this product once your child can sit up unaided or weighs more than 9 kg.
• NEVER leave the child unattended.
• ALWAYS use the restraint system.
• Not intended for carrying baby.
• DO NOT move or lift this product with the baby inside it
• NEVER lift swing using a toy bar as a handle.
• NEVER attach any additional strings or straps to product or toy bar.
• FALL HAZARD: NEVER use this product on an elevated surface (e.g. a table, countertops,
on or near steps or on other elevated surfaces) • ALWAYS use on the floor.
To Prevent Serious Injury or Death
• Use only in reclined position until child is at least 4 months old AND can hold head
unassisted. Young infants have limited head and neck control. If the swing is too upright,
infant’s head can drop forward, compress the airway, and result in DEATH.
• This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping.
• NEVER use as an infant carrier for automobile or airline travel.
• To avoid injury, ensure that children are kept away when unfolding and folding this
product.
• Do not let children play with this product.
• When using the AC adapter, only use the one supplied with this swing.
• Do not use extension cords.
• Check the AC adapter, including the plug and cord, regularly for damage. Do not use if
any damage has occurred.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: NEVER use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as seat may
tip over and cause suffocation.
