How to Use
1) Connect this
appliance to AC
mains.
2) Place Egg Rack
onto unit.
5) Switch on AC Mains and press
Power Button to “I” position.
The indicator will light ON, and
the appliance will start heating.
6) This appliance can steam
eggs to ‘medium’ ,‘medium
well’ or ‘well done’.
3) Place eggs into egg
holder on Egg Rack.
4) Use Measuring Cup
provided to add
water.
8. Do not place anything on top of appliance while in operation.
9. Clean the appliance after every Cooking session. Dried food will be difficult to dislodge later.
1. Please turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance or after use, wait until
the appliance had been cooled down.
2. Please cut off the power within 2 minutes after water dried to protect the product.
3. Never immerse the appliance into the water or other liquids.
4. Avoid running water on indicator lights and plug.
5. Clean the surface of the appliance with a soft damp cloth. The egg rack and lid can be cleaned
with mild washing detergent or sponge.
6. Do not use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or corrosive solvent to clean the appliance or
its accessories.
7. When the appliance is not in use for a prolonged period, please unplug it, pack it well, and store
it in dry cool place.
Important Information
1. The presence of either “minerals” or “hard water” in the water piping system, may cause brown
or white spots and mineral scale which appear on the surface of the Stainless Steel Heater
Base, could visually resemble rust spots. As these spots are not rust, it is harmless and safe to
consume food from the appliance.
2. These spots can be removed by boiling Citric Acid Crystal Solution (Food Grade). For tough
stains, you may need to use a good metal cleaner to remove the stubborn stains and then
wash off with soap solution before using. Avoid running water on indicator lights and plug.
10. Do not dry boil, it will cause deformation and melting on non-metallic parts.
11. Make sure lid is covered before turning on power.
12. Do not move the appliance or cover the steam hole during operation.
13. Avoid injuries from the egg pricking pin on the bottom of the measuring cup.
14. The heating element’s surface is subject to residual heat after use. Do not touch the surface
and any hot parts of the appliance during use or immediately after use. It will be very hot!.
