Steam Egg
Steam Egg Custard
Note:
1) Refer to water levels diagram below for reference:
2) When the steaming process is completed, the power light will dim. Press the Power Button to “O”
position to cut off power supply completely.
3) Remove the Lid immediately and take out the egg/s to prevent further cooking because the
appliance will still be very hot. Lift the egg rack by its handles to remove eggs. Beware of the hot
heating plate when lifting egg rack.
4) Crack the eggs for serving within 3 minutes.
- In order to avoid crack on the egg shell, please strike several small holes on the big part of the egg
with the egg pricking pin at the bottom of the measuring cup before cooking.
- Put the steamed egg into cold water and it will be easier to remove the egg shell.
