A-OTR Soft Front Panel

(

SFP

)

Status Good indicates that the Module is operating correctly.

If the Status indicates "Failure," run the Self-Test to check on Module internal diagnosis.

Rx indicates No Fault / Fault monitoring optical connection.

Indicates that the fiber connection has been temporarily broken or lost completely.

Bias Locked indicates the laser and optical modulator has tuned for optimal RF
performance.

Bias Unlocked condition

can happen if exceeding RF power for locked state.

The Rx Interrupt Detection resets the status of the Rx Fault/
No Fault. Once a Fault has been detected the status must
be reset once the connection has been reestablished.
Resetting the power will also reset the Fault status.
