Step 6. Install *New* Left Inner Side Card Guides and Panel/Bracket
Install card guides (N5242-40002) into new inner side panel/bracket. Refer to
Figure 9 on page 22 for this procedure.
1. Gather the new inner panel N5242-00055 (not shown, but similar to
N5221-00003).
Install the card guides that were removed from the old left inner panel using
needle nose pliers Q-23640A-1 or equivalent and if required, a flat head
screw driver (see Figure 8 on page 21 ), so that they mirror the right inner
panel’s installed card guides with card number

removed (not shown).
2. Install the *NEW* left inner panel/bracket into the chassis base.
— Reverse the order of the removal procedure in “Step 5. Remove the
Old Left Side Outer and Inner Brackets” on page 16 . Refer to Figure
4 on page 16 and to Figure 9 on page 22 .

guide installation on the new N5242-00055 inner panel, if you ignore card
guide number
