the Licence and/or Agreement, be limited at the option of Keycorp to any one or more of the following:

(a) if the breach relates to goods:

(i) the replacement of the goods or the supply of the equivalent goods;

(ii) the repair of the goods;

(iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or

(iv) the payment of the costs of having the goods repaired; and

(b) if the breach relates to services:

(i) the supplying of the services again; or

(ii) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Without limiting the generality hereof, Keycorp shall not be under any liability to any person in respect of
any loss or damage, including consequential loss or damage and however caused, which may be suffered
or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly from the use of the material contained in this
document or any other material furnished pursuant to the Licence and/or the Agreement.

All the users of the material contained in this document or any other material furnished pursuant to the
Licence and/or the Agreement should ensure that the material is used in compliance with the laws, rules
and regulations of the jurisdictions in which the material is used.
