The KD-MLV4x2Pro provides access to all functions when used with an RS-232 control system.

You can connect to the unit on a 192.168.1.xxx type network, or using a crossover cable

If you are not using a 192.168.1.1 type network, you can adjust the TCP-IP address and
port number settings via RS-232 to your desired network setup, and then connect to the
unit.

The default TCP-IP port number is 23

Control commands are exactly the same via TCP-IP as they are via RS-232
