To perm it non-standard data spacing, three sm all-increm ent skip codes are
available.  These codes position form s at fractions of the norm al 1/6 inch or 1/8
inch line spacing. 

B0 = 1/24 inch
B1 = 2/24 inch
B2 = 3/24 inch

C odes are available to buffer the M IC R  printer w hen used with a text printer
w hich runs at a slow er rate.  This buffering helps to m aintain the paper drape
