General
Please observe all instructions, in particular the technical data
and implementation restrictions!
Heating performances may be found according to construction
type, height and length in our Technical documentation or Internet
web site www.Kermi.de
Connections
Connections: 4 x G1/2 (internal thread) arrangement according to
wiring diagram (valve-heater with G1/2 - G3/4 transition nipple).
Pressure
Operating pressure: max. 10 bar
Test pressure: 13 bar
Operating conditions: hot water up to 110°C
Permissible usage
The supplied Kermi Decor heaters are solely designed for room
heating.
They are not suitable as seating or climbing aids.
Depending on the inlet temperature, the heater surface may
reach a temperature of up to 110°.
Risk of burning!
Complaints
In the event of damage please contact your heating engineer!
Attention!
Only allow assembly and repairs to be performed by qualified
tradesmen to assure that your rights according to the warranty for
hidden defects law are not nullified!
Maintenance and cleaning
Bleed the heater following commissioning and extended periods
of non-use.
Use only mild, non-scouring commercially available cleaning
agents for cleaning purposes.
II Assembly

mounting!
2 Transport and store goods only in protective
packaging!
3 Accessory
scope
The accessory range

9 Transport
Heaters must always be transported in an upright position!
10 Assembly
Attention:
-
Place individual heater parts on a level, clean surface.
-
Secure screw-in nipple M27
(1)
to one of the heater units
with a 12 mm hexagon socket screw key (tightening torque
40 Nm).
-
Secure the screw-in nipple and collar
(2)
with union nut
(3)
to
the second heater unit with the 12 mm hexagon socket screw
key (tightening torque 40 Nm)
-
Screw the union nut
(3)
with the screw-in nipple M 27
(1)
using a fork wrench SW 27 (tightening torque 30 Nm)
Attention:
-
To stop screw parts tilting, tighten at alternate sides 1-2
thread turns at a time.
-
Clip on the cover rings

11 Drilled bracket assembly
Attention:
-
The securing material supplied is designed for bases with an
adequate load bearing capacity. The suitable securing
method should always however be checked on site and the
securing material matched to the structural situation!
-
In the case of wall projections and such like, the maximum
wall clearance will be shortened by the thickness of the wall
projection or insulation material!
-
The bracket extender area should not be wholly in the cavity
of the building material used!
-
The length of the drilled bracket should be selected so that at
least 2/3 of the bracket is located on the supporting wall.
12 Drill holes:
Diameter 18 mm, spacing see chapter 6, drill hole positions!
Danger to life!
Do not damage water, gas or electricity lines during drilling!
13 Insert drilled bracket (A) in the drill hole with the slot
facing upwards.
Set the required wall clearance (clearance = dimension X).
Then tighten the drilled bracket with the screwdriver (tightening
torque 3 Nm), power screwdrivers are not permissible
14 Align drilled brackets (A) by turning the eccentric.
Set the drilled brackets so that the supporting surface
(J)
for the
lug is always horizontal.
15 Shorten the plastic sleeve (C) for cladding the drilled
bracket at the inner reinforced ribbed end appropriately
(cut edge to the wall), then mount the collar (B).
16 Screw the nut for spacer onto spacer (E) and set the
wall clearance (Z), if necessary mount extension.
17 Pre-assemble clamp holder.
18 Remove heater packaging in the area around the
securing places.
19 Insert clamp holder between 3th and 4th pipe, turn the
metal wedge behind the pipes by 90°, align to the same
height and tighten.
20 Insert the prepared spacer between the 3th and 4th pipe
of the heater.
21 Then hang the heater with the clamp holder into the
drilled brackets (A).
Once the heater is positioned, press the anti-removal protector
(D)
over the drilled bracket.
If more than 2 securing places are features, check the exact fit of
the brackets and, if necessary set.
Attention:
The film is used as building site protection
22 Screw in all dummy plugs (F) and vent plugs (G)
depending on the connection situation.
23 Mounting of heaters with a larger construction height
-
Insert temporary stable pedestal equal to the floor clearance.
-
Perform assembly steps 1 to 19.
-
Pre-assemble bottom and top clamp holder over subsequent
position.
-
Locate heater is correct position.
-
Insert clamp holder from above in the drilled bracket head or
wall bracket groove.
-
Firmly tighten clamp holder.
24 Connect heater at the water side using commercially
available screw fittings.
25 Remove packaging completely just before
commissioning.
26 Dispose of packaging material via recycling systems.
Worn drilled brackets and accessories should be submitted for
recycling or suitably disposed of (please observe regional
regulations).

Raccordements
Raccordements : 4 x G1/2 (taraudage) disposition selon le
schéma de raccordement (radiateur à vanne avec embout de
réduction mâle G1/2 - G3/4).
Pressions
Pression de service : max. 10 bar
Pression de contrôle : 13 bar
Conditions de fonctionnement : eau chaude jusqu’à 110°C
Usage admissible
Les radiateurs Kermi Decor fournis sont destinés exclusivement
au chauffage domestique.
Ils ne doivent pas servir de siège, de marchepied ni d’escabeau,
n’étant pas appropriés.
La surface du radiateur peut être très chaude et atteindre une
température allant jusqu’à 110° C en fonction de la température
d’alimentation.
Risque de brûlure !

Veuillez faire exécuter le montage et les réparations
exclusivement par un spécialiste, faute de quoi vos droits à la
garantie sont inapplicables en vertu de la loi sur la responsabilité
pour défaut d’une qualité assurée.
Entretien et nettoyage
Purger d’air le radiateur après sa mise en route et toute
interruption de fonctionnement prolongée.
Nettoyage uniquement au détergent doux non abrasif du
commerce.
II Déroulement

3 Fourniture
d’accessoires
La fourniture d’accessoires

dépend de la taille et se trouve
latéralement entre les tubes du radiateur.
4 Vérifier si le contenu est complet et n’est pas
endommagé !
