This feature allows you to cook most of your food based on the food category and the
weight. Select the category and choose the default weight of the food. For quick reference
of the cooking time and the default weight, please refer to the

Auto Menu

table.

Press the

auto cook

pad to select the

Auto Menu programme required. The LED
display will show

ENTER CODE

Press the

numeric pads (1-3)

to select

the food category and to enter the default
weight for your chosen programme.
Please refer to the Auto Menu table for
information.

Press the

start/stop

pad to confirm and

start cooking.

Press

start/stop

pad once to pause the

cooking and press it again to resume the
cooking.

Press the

clear

pad once to stop

the cooking and again to cancel the
setting.

For instance: If you want to cook 5lb 04oz of
pork using the Auto Menu programme, please
follow the steps below.

Press the

auto-cook

pad to select the

Auto Menu programme for pork. The LED
display will show

ENTER CODE

Press the

numeric pad (3)

to select

the programme for pork. Then, press the

numeric pads (5-0-4)

to enter the

weight.

Press the

start/stop

pad to confirm and

start cooking.

Press the

start/stop

pad to pause and

press again to resume.

Press the

clear

pad once to stop

the cooking and again to cancel the
setting.
