ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING OF
THE SIDE RUNNER FRAMES
– Fit the side runner frames into the
holes on the side walls inside the
oven (Fig. 8.3).
– Slide in, on the guides, the shelf and
the tray etc. fig. 8.4.
The rack must be fitted so that the
safety catch, which stops it sliding out,
faces the inside of the oven (fig. 8.4).
– Dismantle in reverse order.

INSIDE OF OVEN
This must be cleaned after every use.
Remove and refit the side runner frames
as described in the next chapter.
With the oven warm, wipe the inside
walls with a cloth soaked in very hot
soapy water or another suitable product.
Side runner frames, tray and rack can
be removed and washed.
