1.3 Capture: Live view and edit mode
Once you have entered capture mode, you will see
an icon in the top left corner to indicate live view
mode (circled).
In this mode you can adjust colour and brightness
(as per instructions in section 1.1) or mirror / flip
the image (as per instructions in section 1.2).
1.4 Capture: Save menu
When you are happy with your preview in live view, press the SCAN button, which
will bring up the save menu, as below, with the save button already highlighted.
To save the captured image to your SD card (or the internal memory if no SD card
is inserted), press ENTER. The image will save and return you to live view mode.
Use the LEFT / RIGHT keys to highlight the ‘Cancel’ or ‘Return to home screen’
icons if you wish to exit your scan without saving the captured image. You can
also press the MODE button on top of the device to return to the main menu at
any time.
1.5 Capture: Memory full
Once your SD card or internal memory is full, a
‘memory full’ icon will be displayed on the screen
(pictured, right) when you press the SCAN button.
To free up space and continue to capture, either
download some images to your PC, or replace the
memory card.
