Smart Wash
The most advanced and versatile cycle. This cycle senses the soil amount and
toughness of soil. This cycle is optimized to achieve outstanding cleaning with
minimal water and energy.

Normal Wash
This cycle with only the Extra Dry option selected, and without other options
selected, is recommended to completely wash and dry a full load of normally
soiled dishes. The energy usage label is based on this cycle and option
combination.

Express Wash
To save water and energy, high efficiency dishwashers use advanced filtration
which may result in longer cycle times (in some cases over 2 hours). When you
need fast results, the Express Wash cycle will clean your dishes using slightly more
water and energy. Then, towel dry dishes for immediate use. Select Extra Dry if
you want to add a drying option.

Clean Dishwasher
This cycle is for cleaning the inside of the dishwasher. Use the cycle without dishes
in the machine. It eliminates residual soils, odor, white spots, and other dirt. Add
citric acid or another cleaning agent for more effective results.
Press and hold Pots & Pans for three seconds to activate.

Quick Rinse
This cycle is a quick rinse for dishes that will not be washed immediately. The
cycle rinses dishes that have excess soil to soften dried on residue. Rinsing the
dishes helps prevent odors in the dishwasher. No detergent should be used. This
cycle does not have drying. Press and hold Normal Wash for three seconds to
activate.

Quick Wash
This cycle will quickly clean lightly soiled dishes. This cycle does not have drying.
Select the Extra Dry and Condensation Guard option or another cycle for better
drying.
Press and hold Express Wash for three seconds to activate.
