3.2.4 Temperature log
To view the temperature log, go to the "Log" tab, press the right mouse button on the corresponding log and
select "Save as".
The CSV file that this downloads can be opened with conventional spreadsheet programs such as Excel or
OpenOffice.

- Times when the set-point is undercut or exceeded (s. Fig. 3.4)
- Set-point undercut = The time (e.g. 55°C), when the minimum temperature set-point is undercut
(8 am & 2.06 pm) and the time when the minimum temperature set-point is reached again (8.13 am &
2.56 pm).
- Set-point overrun = The time (e.g. 60 °C), when the maximum temperature set-point is exceeded (11.24
am & 12.51 pm) and the time when the maximum temperature set-point is undercut again (11.31 am &
1.29 pm).
- Times of the thermal disinfection (s. Fig. 3.4)
The time when the "Thermal disinfection" set-point is exceeded (12.58 pm) and the time when the
"Thermal disinfection" set-point is undercut again (1.22 pm).
