Use in accordance with the intended purpose also incorporate
adherence to instructions regarding the following fields:
− attendance during operation,
− service/maintenance,
− transport,
− installation,
in accordance with this and any additional Instruction Manual.
Other or wider use is deemed contrary to the intended purpose. Such
damages fall within the exclusive liability of the filtration device
operator. The same applies to disobedient modifications of the filtration
device.
3.2 Reasonably foreseeable misuse
The filtration device must not be operated in industries that require compliance with
the requirements for explosion protection. The device must also not be used in the
following cases:
–
Ventilation of the room - which has not been specified as the use in accordance
with the intended purpose and at which air exhausted from the room:
• contains liquid, which lead to the pollution of air stream with vapour
containing aerosols and oils;
• contains sparks;
• contains easily flammable, combustible dust and/or substances which may
form explosive mixtures or atmosphere;
• contains other aggressive or abrasive dust that damages the filtration
device and filter elements;
• contains organic, carcinogenic toxic substances/ingredients that are
released during material separation.
