OPENABLE FLAP
The mower has an openable flap. You open the flap when you know you are cutting or top-
ping ground that generates a higher flow of material. This enables you to drive freely under
the same conditions as with a closed flap and a normal flow of material. You save on fuel and
reduce wear on the belts, and you can also operate at a higher speed, as the grass does not
become twisted around the roller. The grass is also spread more evenly.
We recommend that you ask a friend to assist, in order to make it easier to fit the flap in the raised
position.
Remove the pins and lift up
the counter blades.
Unscrew the steering wheel
screws (4 pcs).
Lift the flap.
Important! Make sure that
the flap cannot fall down.
Risk of crushing!
Secure the flap with steering
wheel screws.
(Use the steering wheel screws
unscrewed in first step.)
Tip!
With the flap open, screw a
bolt into the holes where the
steering wheel screws were
fitted.
This prevents any dirt from
collecting in the hole/threads.
