Using counter blades gives you better shredding of your cut grass, as the grass is retained in
the mower. The counter blades help you to cut the grass shorter and more effectively, as the
hammer flails have something to throw and cut the grass or straw against.
The 35-XKE280 can be operated with a closed chassis, either with or without counter blades.
