SERVICE INTERVAL MEASURE
Tyres Before each use Check the air pressure in the tyres. It
must always at least be the recom-
mended air pressure.
See info on the sidewalls of the tyres
for exact values. Do not exceed the
maximum pressure!
Wheel nuts Perform an initial check after 2-3 hours of
operation and subsequently 2-3 times a year Retighten all the wheel nuts, 90 Nm
Trailer parts Regularly, at least 3 times a year, Check and visually inspect brakes if in-
stalled. Lights, SMV signs, towing eye,
axles, bogie eye, hinges and turntable
bearings, if installed. Replace worn and
damaged parts.
Trailer After each use Wash down with water if required.
FAULT MEASURE
The trailer runs sluggishly Poor wheel bearings, adjust or change as necessary.
Low air pressure, check the air pressure on all tyres (1.2–1.5 bar)
