HOW TO USE THE AIR250 LAT PULLDOWN
1. Adjust the Seat height so the Handgrips (Thumb Buttons) are just at your extended reach and your feet rest
flat on the floor.
NOTE: Adjust the Arms to further accommodate reach.
2. Snap the Seat Belt together and tighten the Belt snug across your hips.
3. Adjust the resistance with the Thumb Buttons.
