Appendix: Troubleshooting
Symptom Possible reasons and solutions
Can not turn
on the device
Battery can
not charge
1. Please check whether the DVR is connected to the charger correctly.
1. DVR can not be turned on without connecting to the charger or car charger, so
there might be no electricity in the battery. Please charge for the DVR and reopen it.
2. The DVR can not be turned on after connecting to the power supply. The car
charger must be the original version. Because different manufactures make car
chargers with different output voltage current so that this difference might cause
the out of use for DVR.
3. The DVR can not be turned on after connecting to the power supply. Please check
whether the power cord works properly and power indicator is OK.
4. Please check the button whether it works when you press it. When it is alright,
the indicator will become blue when it is working.
5. Take out the TF card and reset the machine. Short click the button to make
sure whether the DVR can be turned on.
1. The device is high-precision product, please don’t drop or hit it.
2. Strong Magnetic field may cause product problems, or damage image
and sound. Please don’t let device or TF card close to magnetic
objects, such as magnets, motors, and some objects emit strong radio
waves.
3. Please choose official brand TF card(8GB capacity, class 10 above),
this device is not compatible with ordinary card or fake card.
4. Please do not use unapproved or incompatible accessories
5. When charging, If there is excessive heat, smoke, or odor, please
pull out power immediately to stop charging, and avoid to a fire.
6. When charging, keep out of children reach place, the power cable
may cause electrical shock to children.
7. Keep the device in a cool, dry and insulation place. Please stop to
use if car charger suffer rain, liquid, or excessive moisture.
