The after sales service of this product strictly follows the customer rights
protection law PRC and product quality law PRC to guarantee three main
certificated services, the contents of services are as below:
Time Lengths of guaranteed maintenance:
1.If non-artificial performance failures occur within 7 days from the day of
purchase, you can choose to return products, change products or repair.
2.If non-artificial performance failures occur within 15 days from the day of
purchase, you can choose to change products or repair.
3.If Occur non-artificial performance failures occur during the period of
guaranteed maintenance, we guarantee to conduct the product maintenance.
Content of guarantee maintenance:
Conditions of non-guarantee maintenance:
The service of guarantee maintenance is only valid when it is under conditions of
normal usage. Artificial damages and the below situations are not in the scopes of
guaranteed maintenance.
1.The product is damaged because of users’ carelessness, errors, misuses, natural
disasters or accidents(example: food liquid soak stain, water enter into product,
force shake cracks, scratch and damages on periphery parts, etc).
2.Users disassemble, maintain and change machine without manufacture’s
authority and acceptance.
3.Connected to unsuitable hardwares. The product is damaged because of
transporting and other unexpected reason.
4.Exceed the time lengths of three guaranteed period.(Except users are able to
proof this goods is still in valid warranty period).
5.The content of the guarantee certificate periods is not in accordance with the
goods entity mark or has been altered.
