SERVICE DIAGNOSIS
A properly adjusted Keating MIRACLEAN® Gas Griddle, with no load, will cycle “on” approximately every 2-1/2
to 3 minutes. Each cycle will last approximately three minutes, ensuring that the temperature setting is held
within a narrow band.
The burners, when on, will produce fl ames directed at the bottom of the griddle plate. The fl ames should be
about 25mm to 38mm below the bottom of the plate.
CAUTION - To avoid injury or equipment damage:
· When servicing equipment, use proper tools and supplies.
· Refer to Service Manual for instructions.
Every Keating MIRACLEAN® Gas Griddle has safety controls to ensure safe operation and guard against compo-
nent failure. Operation, removal and replacement of each control is explained in the SERVICE section, page 11.
The following diagnosis is only to be used as a guide to qualifi ed service personnel. Keating recommends that
you use a qualifi ed & licensed service company.
