Basic Setting 8 (User Setting 2)

Here DIP switch S2.9 (S3.5) is ON and all other switches are in position
OFF to select basic setting 8.
This setting may be overwritten with AT&W2. This allows for generating
of an individual default setting that can be recalled using the DIP switches.
