Unable to boot
The battery is not enough, please charge the cleaning robot before using
it; The ambient temperature can not be too low (less than 0°c ) or too
high (higher than 40°c ), please use it under ambient temperature of
0-40°C;
Unable to charge
Please make sure that both ends of the power cord are plugged in.
Please confirm whether the charging indicator is on;
There is abnormal noise or the robot
is shaking during cleaning
The side brush or universal wheel is entangled with hair, please clean the
hair entangled with the side brush or universal wheel;
Abnormal dust suction effect
The suction port is blocked or the dustbin is full, please check the suction
port and clean up the dustbin;
Robot keeps going backwards
Boundary sensor is abnormal, please clean the surface of boundary
sensor.
