Tubes, shoulder tanners and facial tanners
Dismantling
In order to clean or replace the tubes, shoulder tanners and
facial tanners, please proceed as follows:
Cleaning intervals
Unit lighting
To make sure that the tanning effect is maintained, we
recommend you to clean the tubes and UV radiators with warm
water and a chamois after approx. every 200 hours of use. Do
not use any aggressive or alcoholic cleaning agents.
The coloured
fi
lter (sec. 5.7 „Unit lighting“) has to replaced at the
latest when replacing the tanning tubes.
Replacement
intervals
Tubes, facial tanners and starters have to be replaced only by
those of the same type!
When installing the tubes, make sure that the inscription is
visible, i.e. the reflector must be at the back.
For units equipped with CPI technology, it is essential to carry
out a reset after each tube replacement! (see Section 8.2.2)
For units equipped with inductive technology also install new
starters when replacing the tubes!
After each change of tubes, do not forget to reset the counter of
the service hours of the tubes. (see Section 8.3.)

For XXL-apparatuses: Release the tube covers at the
foot of the bed, which will give you free access to the
tubes.

For apparatuses equipped with burners: You will have to
dismantle the

lter panes as well, if you want to replace
the burner.
