● Charge the batteries under supervision.
● Let the batteries become cool before charging. Risk of fire
or damage to the batteries.
● Use the battery charger only when the ambient
temperature is between 0 °C - 40 °C.
● Dispose the batteries according to local regulations.
3 Assembly
3.1 To assemble the remote control

Open the battery compartment of the remote control.
(Figure 2)

Put 3 non-rechargeable 1.5 V AA batteries in the
battery compartment according to the illustration.
Caution! Only use approved batteries. Refer to “Make
sure that you follow local regulations when you
discard the product. Do not burn the product..” on
page 24.

Close the battery compartment.
4 Operation
4.1 To charge the product
Warning! Make sure that the product is off when you
charge the product.
Caution! Let the batteries become cool before
charging.

Remove the spring pin from the body of the product.

Remove the body.

Remove the spring pin of the battery holder.
(Figure 4)

Remove the battery holder and disconnect the
battery. (Figure 5)

Remove the battery.

Put the battery charger in a USB port.

Connect the battery charger to the charging outlet.

Caution!
Charge the battery for a maximum of 4
hours. Risk of overheating.
LED lights Charging status
The red LED indicator is lit. The battery charger is
connected to a USB port.
The green LED indicator
flashes and the red LED
indicator is lit. The battery is charging.
Both the green LED
indicator and the red LED
indicator are lit. The battery is fully
charged.

Remove the battery from the battery charger when
the battery is fully charged.

Connect the battery to the product.

Insert the spring pin of the battery holder.

Install the body to the chassis.
4.2 To start the product

Put the ON/OFF button of the product to the ON
position. (Figure 7)

Put the ON/OFF button of the remote control to the
ON position. (Figure 8)

Make sure that the green LED indicator on the remote
control is on. Refer to “6 Troubleshooting” on
page 23.

Press the speed control trigger of the remote control
lightly to drive forward.
4.3 To operate the product
● To increase the speed, press the speed control trigger
harder until desired speed is achieved.
● To decrease the speed, push the speed control trigger
forward until desired speed is achieved.
● To drive forward, press the speed control trigger with the
constant pressure.
● To drive in reverse, push the speed control trigger
forward 2 times.
● To turn the product, turn the control wheel to the left or to
the right.
