5 First use
▶ Check that the rated voltage and rated frequency match the rating plate.
▶ Check if the voltage selection switch is set to the national voltage.
▶ Use the power plug as a mains disconnection device.

5.1 Check the filter bag
Note
The unit may be only used when the filter bag is inserted. only original filter bags
may be used.
Note
The filter equipment must be complete.
Note
Do not damage the filter bag.
▶ Pull out the filter drawer ① all the way, and remove the cover ②.
▶ Check to see if the filter bag ③ is firmly seated.
The filter bag with the cardboard frame ④ must be shoved onto the filter con‐
nector ⑤.
▶ Attach the cover ②, and push the filter drawer ① all the way in.
