Function test

▶ Insert a tool (cutter or grinder) and turn it radially by hand in various directions,

applying slight thumb pressure, to precisely align the O-rings.

▶ Start the medical device.

▶ Do a test run under axial and radial load with no patient contact.

▶ Tighten the cover again with a torque of 100 Ncm ± 6 Ncm.

Note
If the unit runs poorly or heats up in untypical manner, please return the entire

turbine contra-angle handpiece to KaVo for testing.
