6 Reprocessing steps in accordance with ISO 17664

NOTE

The reprocessing steps for surgical motors with motor cable and for the
straight and contra-angle handpieces are described in the corresponding In-
structions for use.

NOTE

The processing instructions have been validated by the manufacturer. Any de-
parture from the instructions provided must be checked by the processing en-
tity for efficacy and possible detrimental consequences.

6.1 Manual processing

6.1.1 Manual cleaning

Use a soft disposable cloth to wipe down all visible surfaces of the unit, bot-
tle holder, foot control surfaces, and connecting cables.

Manual cleaning of the foot control

On the underside of the foot control, press down the snap-in lug

 off the foot control.
