CAUTION
Damage to equipment as a result of undue care and attention
KaVo Everest Scan is a delicate machine which may become damaged if handled
without due care and attention.
▶ Take the utmost care and attention during unpacking and installation.
4.1 Location
Note
To prevent overheating of the PC, ensure that there is sufficient rear ventilation.
Ensure that the location of the KaVo Everest scan is free of vibrations, direct sun‐
light and dust contamination.
▶ Place the scanner and monitor next to each other on a working surface.
▶ Place the PC, for example, in a base cabinet underneath.
