6.4.5 Combined mode Int Fluore
Transillumination
CAUTION
Possibly hazardous optical radiation emitted from product.

Do not stare into the active light source.
▶ Connect the camera to the computer.
▶
Start up the imaging software.
▶
Remove the camera from the camera holder.
The recording window of the imaging software shows a live image.
▶ Select combined Int Fluore Transillumination mode (still
image) in the imaging software or with the menu button. The live image
shows the Intraoral mode exclusively.
▶
Select an image detail.
▶
The camera automatically focuses the selected image detail (permanent
autofocus).
▶
Press one of the two trigger buttons.
▶ The camera switches to Freeze mode and/or starts the video recording. The
still image (fluore int transillumination) is transferred to
the imaging software.
▶
To return to Live mode, press the trigger button again.
▶
Process and save the image in the imaging software.
6.4.6 Monitoring cracks and caries lesions
Monitoring cracks and caries lesions are a time-dependent function of the lesion
activity. The camera allows to visualize the actual size and shape of cracks or
caries lesions. Monitoring can be achieved by comparing historical images with
actual live images showing the desired lesions.
