Check wear of the chain redirection and clearance ot the chain.
Bei Bedarf
Renew worn chains (13) by demounting the screws (1) and picket (2). Remove the
dowel pin (15, 16) and replace the chain (13). Attach the chain (13) to the picket (2)
with the dowel pin (15, 16) and attach the picket (2) to the clamping body (3) with
screws (1).
1.
If there is too much clearance, correct with the setting screw (21), bush (20),
pressure spring (19) and lock nut (18).
2.
If this is not, or no longer, possible, you have to first make a rough adjustment
on the picket (2) on the rear of the clamping body (3). To do so, remove the
screws (1) and move the picket (2) upwards or downwards on the clamping
body (3) to the next possible position and remount the screws (1). Afterwards,
proceed as described in point 1.
Renew worn parts of the chain redirection by removing the screw (1) and the picket
(2) on the clamping body (3). Demount the nut (4) on the cylinder (5) and pull the
middle frame (6) with the slide (7) upwards out of the clamping body (3). Remove the
cotter pin (8) and knock out the pin (9) to the side. Replace the defective chain rollers
(10), bearings (11), washers (12) or pins (9). Mount the bearings (11), chain roller (10)
and washers (12). Knock the pin (9) from the side into the middle frame (6) and
secure the pin (9) with a cotter pin (8). Place the middle frame (6) and slide (7) into
the clamping body (3) from above. Connect the nut (4) with the cylinder (5) and
secure the chain mount (2) with the screw (1) onto the clamping body (3).
