About every three months you should check your Moovi carefully. Apply a small amount of white
grease or lubricant to relevant moving parts (handlebar hinges, folding mechanism, handlebars).
Please check the nuts and bolts.
However, a quick check is recommended before every ride and includes checking the brakes,
lights, the locking clip on the handlebars that the handlebars and folding joint are properly
engaged and the bell works.
Remove any sharp edges that may result from improper use or long-term use.
Please do not put the scooter under the hot sun, in the rain or other serious damp places for a long
time. Please keep the scooter clean.

When the product has problems, please refer to the following ways to solve.
Blank screen
The reason: The Moovi may have been exposed to the sun for too long.
Solution: Place the Moovi in the shadow for a period of time. Allow to cool down.
The function should return to normal condition after cooling down.
The displayed value does not match the actual value, the display is dim, the display is missing:
The reason: Parameter lost.
Solution: Contact your local dealer or the Moovi support team.
Unable to start or accelerate:
The reason: 1. The power is not turned on.
2. Electronic brake got stucked.
Solution: 1. Turn on the power.
2. Turn off the power and restart, and check whether the left thumb brake is in place,
and check the brake's position.
If the problem consists, please contact the Moovi support.
Plastic parts in the packaging can be swallowed by small children and can lead to suffocation by
external obstruction of the airways.
It is recommended that the complete packaging be retained for possible return shipment to
Moovi Support.
