SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This product is a Moovi electric scooter for adults, which is only for people aged 14 or over
No second person can be transported at the same time.
Always wear sturdy shoes, a helmet and safety clothing
Do not use in unsafe areas and comply with the regional laws and regulations.
Please practise operating the Moovi on safe ground before you drive it.
Please do not perform any dangerous or acrobatic actions
To ensure safety, please do not use the machine on rough roads.
Do not use your Moovi if the temperature drops below -5 degrees.
If the road conditions are bad, please drive slowly and carefully.
Please do not use on ice or oily roads. Acute danger of slipping!
In wet conditions the braking distance can be longer, special care is required!
Drive with foresight and care - always safe. You must be able to maintain constant control over
the scooter and the situation. Use the appropriate steering setting and always wear
suitable clothing and sturdy shoes.
Please observe the local regulations for the use of e-scooters. Pay particular attention to
to possible restrictions on use in certain areas (e.g. pedestrian zones,
one-way streets, bicycle streets etc.)
Never use your Moovi e-scooter with accessories or items that are not specifically
designed by or approved by the manufacturer.
Please always ensure that you keep sufficient distance from other road users.
If you ride in a group of e-scooters, please always ride one behind the other.
By factory default the scooter requires push to start. This is done by
easily rolling the scooter and then accelerating. This setting can be adjusted via the
Adjust parameter settings (page 33)
Always make sure that the wheels are in good condition
Large crowds or particularly busy traffic areas should be avoided
Obstacles must always be crossed with the utmost caution. In case of doubt it is recommended,
to descend in order to cross an obstacle safely.
Always use the bell on the handlebars to draw attention to yourself when you are about to
overtakes and always keep a safety distance of 1.5m when overtaking
Always adapt your speed and driving style to the prevailing conditions.
If in doubt, cross roads or protected areas on foot
Your Moovi is allowed to be folded up in the German railway and be taken on board
by most local transport operators without a ticket. Please review the conditions
before you start your journey
Before riding, adjust the handlebars to the ideal position for your height and pay attention to it,
that the locking clip is correctly closed 1
