Problem
Cannot turn on earbuds

Solution
The batteries may be low, charge
earbuds for 1-2 hours.
The batteries may be low, charge
earbuds for 2-3 hours.
Pair again.
1. Delete pairing records by
turning off earbuds.
2. Turn them on again by pressing
the Multifunction button for 10
seconds. You will hear “power
on” followed by 3 beeps. The
LED flashes in red and blue at
the same time to indicate pairing
records are deleted.
Check whether the micro-USB
cable is plugged in. Check whether
the power switch of power source
is on.
Check whether charging contact
points are connected and in the
correct location.
Adjust the volume on the device or
find a quieter place.
Adjust wearing position on ears.
