The splash lid doesn’t fit the
mixing bowl properly.
• Check if the splash lid is properly installed in the
machine.
• Check if the mixing bowl is properly installed and
locked into place.

The machine doesn’t work at a
certain speed.
• Check if the mark on speed knob corresponds to
the speed silkscreen on motor housing.
• Rotate speed knob to 0 ,and re-check if the
machine works .

Movements when the machine
working.
• Check if anti-slip feet adhere to the working
surface.
• Check if the machine is placed on a smooth and
flat tabletop.

The release lever didn’t spring
back in place after installing the
mixing bowl and the splash lid.
• Check if the splash lid is properly installed in the
machine.
• Check if the mixing bowl is properly installed and
locked into place.
CLEANING
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning
Never immerse the motor housing in water!
Do not use abrasive detergents or sharp objects for cleaning.
MOTOR HOUSING
Clean the outside of the motor housing with a damp cloth.
MIXING BOWL AND MIXING ACCESSORIES
CAUTION! The accessories such as the dough hook and the flat beater
are not dishwasher safe. If exposed to heat or caustic cleaners, they might
become misshapen or discolored.
Components that came into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
