signs of damage from being dropped, it must not be used under any
circumstances. Unwind the mains cable, when it becomes tangled.
Do not use accessories or items offered as accessories that have
not been recommended by the manufacturer. Repairs may only
be carried out by qualified specialist personnel or in a workshop
approved by the manufacturer. Improper repairs may place the
user in considerable danger. If the mains lead of the appliance
is damaged, in order to avoid causing further hazards it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, their customer services centre or a
suitably qualified person.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Stand on a dry, non-conductive floor. Ensure your hands are dry. Dry
your hair beforehand with a hand towel.
Note: Depending on the switch setting and duration of use, the styling
nozzle can become very hot. There is the risk of fire and burns! Do not
touch the styling nozzle. Note: Ensure that no flammable liquids are
located in the proximity of the hairdryer. Note: Ensure that no hair can be
directly drawn in.
HOW TO USE
Note: When the hairdryer is used for the first time, you may notice a
slight smell, which will however disappear after a short time.
Note: The hairdryer switches off automatically for your safety if it
overheats. Remove the mains plug from the mains socket and allow the
hairdryer to cool down. Before you switch it on again, check the air inlet
openings, the air outlet opening and the filters 5 , 5 a for any blockages
(e.g. sucked-in fluff, dust, hair).
