200ml of milk + about 15-20g
300ml of milk + about 30-35g
COLD FOAM
NOTE: The maximum amount of milk allowed to be poured is 150ml to prevent
the milk from overflowing after frothing. The minimum quantity of milk allowed
to be poured is 50/60ml.
•
Press the switch button four times. The appliance will emit a “DDDD”
sound and the indicator light glows blue.
•
After processing (about 110-130 seconds), the appliance will emit a
“D” sound and turn off automatically.
•
The indicator light continues flashing for other 30 seconds.
•
The appliance shuts down if you press the button again.
TIPS FOR USING
•
With small amounts of milk (MIN mark), you will achieve best results.
•
Use a foaming stirrer to heat and foam the milk into milk foam.
Immediately prepare coffee or hot chocolate when the milk frother is working.
•
For best results, always use whole milk (fat content > 3%).
•
It is recommended to use milk with a high protein content. For best
results, remove the milk from the fridge immediately before using it.
•
If you want the milk froth to be very dense, first proceed with a cycle
for cold frothing milk and then continue with a cycle for hot frothing milk.
•
With our milk frother, you can froth but not further cool down the cold
milk.
•
Milk is heated up to 60-80°C. Such temperature is the most ideal
temperature and it will not weaken the taste of coffee but also increase the
flavor of coffee. You don’t need to wait too long to drink this coffee.
•
After using the appliance, wait 2 minutes for the thermostat to reset
and the whisk to be used again.
•
The milk frother is exclusively designed to froth and heat the milk.
•
The main feature to obtain a good foam is the quantity of fat. Here are
the main types of vegetable milk:

Soy milk is the most suitable choice for preparing an excellent
vegetable cappuccino because it has a good percentage of fat, a characteristic
which allows the milk to be frothed satisfactorily. The foam (hot or cold) is
dense and full-bodied.

Almond milk is characterized by a sweet and delicate taste and
manages to froth very little during frothing. The cold foam guarantees a fairly
