PRESSURE COOKER
1.
Pressure regulator: If pressure inside exceeds the regular working range, the pressure
regulator will release extra steam. (Fig. 6)
2.
Safely open-preventing valve: the valve will raise when the pressure is up to 4kPa, ensuring
steam releasing from here under safety pressure when steam-releasing hole is blocked.
3.
Second safety valve: When the pressure regulator and the safety valve are stuck, it will be
the releasing hole of the second safety valve to release steam for ensuring safe use.
4.
Opening/closing button: Manually adjust the button to open and close the lid. Put the button
up to open the lid; put the button down to close the lid.
MAIN FEATURES
•
The special sandwich bottom of the pressure cooker is made by a friction press that ensures
uniform heating so that food is prevented from getting burnt.
•
It is possible to adjust the pressure-releasing valve; in this way the user can choose the
pressure level he/she prefers (Fig7).
•
Adjust the pressure indicator in such a way that it will be easy to know the pressure inside
the pot (Fig. 8-10).
Fig.7
Different positions of the pressure regulator correspond to different functions.
Positions for pressure release
1. Low pressure (60kPa)
2. High pressure (100kPa)

Fig.10
Once the pressure regulator raises, if only the first line goes up, it means that the working
pressure is at the low status(Fig. 8)
When the second line goes up, it means that the working pressure is at the high status(Fig. 9)
When the third line goes up, it means that the working pressure is abnormal(Fig. 10).
There are two possible causes if the third line goes up indicating that the working pressure is
abnormal:
