The warranty form must be completely filled out and stamped 
by the KARMA wheelchair dealership where the wheelchair was 
purchased. 

10.2.6 Transfer of Warranty Rights 

If you purchase a second-hand KARMA wheelchair while it is still 
in the warranty period, bring the owner's manual and the 
wheelchair to the dealership where the wheelchair was 
purchased for registration.
